My stay at Jasmine Chiangmai Boutique Hotel was fantastic overall, with friendly staff and spacious rooms, although the location was a bit farther from the Old City than expected. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. A few minor issues included breakfast items not being hot and some noise from the common areas.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with all facilities working perfectly. My room had a lovely big bed, which was super comfy and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Service
10.0
The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and assisted with everything I needed during my stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit off the Old City, requiring a 20-minute walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride (around 100 Thb), which can be a hassle if you're expecting to be in the middle of the action.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent with a choice of Western and Thai options, though the tea and coffee could have been hotter. The fresh fruit selection was a nice touch!
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered good housekeeping and laundry services, and I was pleased with the overall state of the facilities. However, the noise from the reception area could be a downside for light sleepers.

My stay at Jasmine Chiangmai Boutique Hotel had its highs and lows. The cleanliness and modern style of the room were impressive, but the service left much to be desired. The location was quiet, but a bit far from the city center. Overall, it may be a decent value if you find a good rate, but I wouldn't rush back.

Rooms
7.0
The room was large, airy, and clean, with a modern design in bright white colors. However, the bathroom was quite basic, and I sometimes heard noise from neighboring rooms.
Service
5.0
The service felt lacking; staff were unhelpful and often slow to respond. I experienced issues when asking for assistance, and communication was not as smooth as I expected.
Location
6.0
While the location was quiet and somewhat appealing, it was about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center, making it inconvenient for accessing main attractions and dining options.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was made to order with a decent selection. I appreciated it was good for the price, but the overall dining experience was quite basic.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included free parking and housekeeping, but the lack of Wi-Fi on the third floor was a significant drawback for me. There are plans for more amenities in the future, which could enhance the experience.

My stay at Jasmine Chiangmai Boutique Hotel was generally pleasant with clean and spacious rooms, though the location was a bit farther from the Old City than I expected. The breakfast options were tasty, particularly the fresh omelettes. However, noise from neighboring rooms and the surrounding area disrupted my sleep considerably.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the basic bathroom left something to be desired.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to give me a ride one night, which I appreciated.
Location
5.0
While the hotel is advertised as a 10-minute walk to the Chiang Mai Gate, it felt more like a 20-minute trek, making it less convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was good, featuring a selection of fresh options like toast and omelettes, but I found better cafes a short distance away.
Facilities
6.0
Overall, the facilities were decent, but I faced some noise issues that affected my comfort during the stay.

My stay at Jasmine Chiangmai Boutique Hotel was overall very enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. However, being a bit far from the Old City was a slight downside, especially when walking back at night. The service from the staff was stellar, and I loved the well-prepared meals served at the small yet cozy restaurant.

Rooms

The deluxe room I was upgraded to was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view from the big window and balcony. I felt quite comfortable during my stay.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help with transport arrangements and were always ready with a smile. It made the experience so much better.

While the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, it’s around a 20-minute walk to the Old City. I found that TukTuks were a cheap and easy way to get around, but it would have been nice to be closer to the action.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Thai options. The coffee was particularly good, though I found it cooled down quickly on later mornings.

I had a mixed experience at Jasmine Chiangmai Boutique Hotel. The rooms were spacious and stylish, which I loved. However, the service was lacking, and the location was further from the city center than I expected.

Rooms
8.0
The room was modern, spacious, and comfortable with a big bed and lots of natural light. I appreciated the big balcony, though it was a shame there were no chairs to enjoy it fully.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly, but I found the service frustrating. I had issues with getting help from the front desk, and it was disappointing that they wouldn't arrange for taxis or rentals effectively.
Location
5.0
The hotel is advertised as a 5-minute walk to the Old City, but it actually took me much longer to walk there. I definitely recommend taking a taxi or scooter instead.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options okay, but there’s a lovely café just a few minutes away that I enjoyed more. Breakfast was decent, but nothing extraordinary.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent; the rooms were cleaned daily, and there was some assistance with tours and laundry. However, Wi-Fi was poor, especially on the third floor.
